Every cloud in southern Alberta passed over the yard today. For most of the day, the sky was filled with popcorn, a few tried to get going but there was no fuel. Still made for some good cloud gazing.

Most of August has been spent in the cooler, with frost warnings at the end of the first week. None here, thankfully, but Rocky and Sundre both got frost. Not a single storm so far! Last year August 10th brought us a nasty hailstorm.
