Alberta Foothills Weather

November 4

So much for the first big snow dump of the season. We got an inch.
From watching radar last night, it appears Whitecourt/Edson/ Drayton got the best of it, with the snow starting before 6 and continuing on well after midnight.
A band of snow formed up from Drayton Valley through Wetaskiwin early in the eve, then slowly drifted south, not reaching here until 2am. It was already over and done with by 8 am.
Envirocan calling for -17C(1F) tonight? Brr!

Snow on the range.. road southwest of Red Deer - Nov.4/07
Not enough snow. West of Penhold, AB - Nov.4/07
