I wish I understood more of the technical stuff, but enjoy your narrative and images very much. The time-lapse is awesome – must learn to do that. Curious why you don’t keep up your photography website – your pics are really great!

Hiya Heather
We got nothing to send, been pretty sleepy around here.
There certainly was some rotation but I wouldn’t call in a tornado from what I saw.
Hail planes patrol “hail alley” of southwestern Alberta looking for mean storms, seeding them with silver iodide to try and reduced the size of the stones.

When do you think anything severe will be possible near Calgary ? The only good storms we have had so far was on June 6 with the Taber tornado and the supercell in Calgary.

We received another 10mm yesterday from the back side of that low. I hope this trend of rainy cool wx doesn’t continue all summer long. It’s pretty sad when Inuvik is receiving the heat!
